Hey Folks!
I'm a strong believer that every challenge has a solution, every team can gel, and most importantly that ATTITUDE dictates success or failure. Approaching these scenarios with integrity and creativity is when business, individuals, and leadership thrives. Let's Do This!
About Me
Brad Gingras is a generational strategist, trainer, and advisor who helps leaders figure out why one employee wants a phone call, another wants a text, and a third wants to know why you didn’t just stop by their office like a normal human. His work focuses on helping organizations understand generational behaviors, communication styles, and workforce trends—without turning people into stereotypes or eye-rolling charts.

Throughout his career, Brad has delivered professional development workshops and presentations to thousands of professionals and young adults. His areas of expertise include multi-generational leadership, team building, career development, workforce readiness, and helping leaders navigate the ever-changing rules of work that no one remembers agreeing to.

With more than two decades of executive leadership experience, Brad currently serves as Executive Director of Northwest Wisconsin Area Health Education Center (NWAHEC), where he focuses on healthcare education and workforce initiatives. Previously, he led Northwest Wisconsin CEP, the region’s workforce development agency. Earlier in his career, Brad spent over a decade directing nationally recognized youth programs, including the Forest Lab Intern Program (FLIP) at the Cable Natural History Museum and the Crex Meadows Youth Conservation Camp—programs known for turning teenagers with barriers into capable, confident contributors. He also managed CEP’s Summer Youth Employment Program, which was highlighted in a White House ARRA report for doing things exceptionally well (a rare phrase in government documents).

Brad’s goal in every training is for participants to leave more informed, more confident, and slightly relieved that the challenges they’re facing aren’t just happening in their organization. His engaging, down-to-earth style mixes research, real stories, and a healthy dose of humor—because conversations about leadership, succession, and generational differences go better when people can laugh, reflect, and realize they’re all dealing with the same stuff.
